This is a long distance 2.4G wireless module based on the nRF24L01+ chip with a built-in Pre-Amp and Low Noise Amplifier. The module comes with an RP-SMA connector and small external antenna which can allow distances of up to 800meters line of sight communication. More directional antennas allow for longer distances.
