Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

In the case of a factory defect we will replace the defective product immediately.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Shipping

We offer 3 methods of delivery:

  1. Delivery via EMS Costa Rica to the Gran Area Metropolitana ($7.00)
  2. Delivery via EMS Costa Rica to the rest of Costa Rica ($8.00)
  3. Customer Pickup at our Centro Colón warehouse: $0

Delivery via EMS Costa Rica

We deliver to all of Costa Rica utilizing EMS Costa Rica (the Courier service offered by Correos de Costa Rica).  EMS Costa Rica offers a package tracking system via web or toll free to 800-900-2000.

The costs for delivery to the Gran Area Metropolitana is $7.00 and for the rest of the country the cost is $8.00.  All products are shipping by the NEXT BUSINESS DAY and EMS usually delivers with 24-48 hours. 

Customer Pickup at our Centro Colón warehouse: No additional charge

Customers may pickup their products at the following address after they have received notification via email that states "Awaiting Pickup":

Edificio Centro Colón, Piso 3 Local 6 (en el mezzanine subiendo las gradas)
Paseo Colón, San Jose Costa Rica
OPEN Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
CLOSED Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays

Customers must provide the ORDER ID# to pickup the purchased product.
