The working principle of the resistance strain gauge is based on the strain effect. When the material is mechanically deformed under the action of external force, the resistance value changes accordingly. This phenomenon is called “strain effect”. The strain gauge is attached to the object to be measured, and is bent together with the strain of the object to be measured, so that the metal foil inside is bent with strain.
