This PWM controller will allow you to control the speed of DC motors up to 5A and you can also control high power LEDs or Peltier cells without problems. A PWM regulator works from the variation of the frequency of a voltage signal, thus allowing the load to interpret a regulated voltage signal. This effect can be used to control the speed of DC motors or loads that require power regulation.
